Hair

Do you braid short hair?

Your hair must be 4inches or longer around the perimeter of your head

Is the hair included?

Yes, the hair is included in the price.
If you bring your own hair the price still applies

How should I arrive with my hair?

Please come freshly washed & blown out with no products in your hair
A wash is available if needed for an additional charge starting at $45

Booking | Payments

When should I book my appointment?

At least 2-3 days in advance to allow time for the stylist to confirm the appointment request & get the necessary supplies needed for your service.

How will I know my appointment is booked?

When you speak with the stylist, she will confirm the appointment with you

Is a deposit required?

Yes, $35 deposit is required (non-refundable) The deposit goes toward services
The stylist will provide deposit information, please DO NOT make any deposit transactions without the speaking with the stylist.

Is there a squeeze in fee?

Yes, there is a squeeze in fee. These fees apply when you schedule 1 day before (even if the slot is available), same day or after hours (any appointments made after 5pm)
$35 on top of the $35 deposit for same day. which is needed to secure the squeeze in time
$50 on top of the $35 deposit for "OFF DAYS" which is Sunday's & Monday's
these fees DO NOT go toward the style only the initial deposit does.

Can I bring extra guest?

Unfortunately, due to limited space & safety protocol clients will be the only guest allowed in the establishment for appointments

Does the stylist take breaks?

The stylist normally doesn't take breaks, unless its bathroom breaks. However, if one is needed a quick brake will be given. You are welcome to bring food or use delivery services & eat while the stylist is working. There is a snack station and waters for clients

Edibles, Smoking or Drugs of any kind is NOT promoted in the suite at any time this includes:

Black & Milds
