Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation is needed, the client is allowed to reschedule an appointmen1 week out from the original scheduled appointment to avoid paying an additional deposit fee of $35

Any appointment canceled within 24hrs or Same day of the original appointent an additional deposit is required; No exceptions. 

​​At any time, the stylist needs to cancel, the client will receive the full deposit back 

• Please be on time to your appointment.

• 15 minutes late client will be charged a late fee of $15

• 30 minutes late client will be charges a late fee of $30 

• for afternoon appointments please expect to be pushed back 1-2hrs. If a client is pushed back more than 2hrs the client will get 10% off the remaining balance
