Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation is needed, the rescheduled appointment must be 1-2 weeks out from the original scheduled appointment. If not another deposit will be required. 

• 48-72 prior to your appointment Clients is allowed to reschedule next available date and time.

• 24 or Same day cancelations, another booking request will need to be made with an additional deposit 

​​At any time, the stylist needs to cancel, the client will receive the full deposit back 

• Please be on time to your appointment.

• 15 minutes late client will be charged a late fee of $15

• 30 minutes late client will be charges a late fee of $25

• If for any reason the stylist is not at the location at the time of the appointment, the client will receive 10% off their service as a curtesy for the client being inconvenienced
